What is the InvestorProtector(R)?
The InvestorProtector(R) is a financial capital protection product that
provides an insurance guarantee and utililizes the formation of the
collateral trust backed by insurance to guarantee a loan or principal
investment in a financial transaction.
The collateral instrument and InvestorProtector(R)trust are provided as a
condition of an investor making an investment or a lender granting a loan.
How does the guarantee work?
Approximately one half of all monies raised through a debt or equity
offering by an InvestorProtector(R) certified company is directed into the
InvestorProtector(R) Trust. The money is used to purchase a Guaranteed
Contract of Insurance from an A-rated or better, US based, insurance
company.
Who can use the InvestorProtector(R)?
Companies approved by Investor Life Services, Inc (ILS) can use the
InvestorProtector(R). The InvestorProtector(R) Program offers investors
safety of a guaranteed return of an amount equal to their principal when
investing in newer speculative offerings, real estate transactions or
business opportunities.
